Clear exits. No surprise renewals.

Workspace owners can cancel Pro through dashboard billing settings. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, stops the next renewal, and does not ordinarily refund the current period. Pro access remains available through the paid end date.

A free trial can be allowed to expire without payment. It becomes a paid subscription only if the owner separately authorizes recurring billing through Razorpay.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once paid. Access remains available for the purchased period, even if the service is not used or the workspace is downgraded. Forgetting to cancel does not by itself qualify a payment for a refund.

We will assess requests involving a duplicate charge, a billing amount or interval error, an unauthorized payment confirmed after investigation, a prolonged material failure by Markloop to provide the purchased service, or a refund required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits a statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Email support@themarkloop.com with the workspace/account email, Razorpay payment ID, payment date, amount and reason. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or OTPs.

We aim to acknowledge the request within 48 hours. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Razorpay and the customer's bank may require additional settlement time.

Markloop sells access to online software only. No physical product is shipped, so shipping, postage, return shipping and delivery charges do not apply. Trial access begins after workspace creation; paid subscription access begins after successful Razorpay authorization or on the scheduled subscription start date.
